New complex (completed August 2024) in a prime location in the coastal area of La Zenia, in Orihuela Costa for seasonal rentals/ medium period (really perfect for 'wintering'). From the balcony you have a sea view. The area has everything for daily life, with a diversity of supermarkets (Mercadona/ Alcampo/ Consum/ Lidl/ Carrefour), restaurants (really all types of restaurants: tapas, oriental, Italian, kebab, steak, fish and also fast food: MCDonald's, BurgerKing, Dominos, Subway, etc.) entertainment venues (arcades, bowling alley, casino, discotheque, pubs, Irish pubs, etc.). Everything within walking distance, if you find it too far, there is an electric scooter to rent on every corner of the street.
The popular shopping center Zenia Boulevard is within walking distance and the fantastic beaches of La Zenia and Playa Flamenca are also +/- 700 meters from the complex. Various outdoor activities are available: four golf courses within 10 minutes' drive, padel and tennis courts, water sports, cycle paths and hiking trails in the surrounding mountains.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a bathroom and a balcony so there is sun in the apartment all day long.
The open plan living room with open kitchen is spacious and opens onto the terrace. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, white goods, fitted wardrobes, video intercom system and private parking. The communal area includes a large garden with a heated outdoor pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, as well as a gym.
The apartment complex has a separate elevator for each block.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A deposit of 450,-- euros per stay is charged. After checking and possibly billing for electricity, this amount will be refunded within 8 days after the end of the stay.

The final cleaning is 85,-- euros and must be paid on site.
Bed linen and towels are mandatory and cost 15,-- euros per person. This is paid together on the spot with the final cleaning.

Per week 100 Kwh is included in the price. Additional consumption is calculated on the basis of 0.45 euros/Kwh and is deducted from the deposit if necessary.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

A deposit of 25% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Check-in is from 4 pm.
Check-out at the latest at 10 am.
In consultation, it may be possible to deviate from it, if possible.

In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

This is the largest shopping center in the province of Alicante with more than 150 shops and a multitude of restaurants.

The white sandy beach is located in a series of six beaches in the Orihuela Costa district and borders Playa Flamenca beach to the north and Cabo Roig beach to the south. The beach has a length of 350 meters and a width of 60 meters. Furthermore, the beach has decking all the way to the sea, a beach tent, a first aid post and special access for the disabled. The beach is surrounded by numerous restaurants and hotels.
