The house
N.3 is nice and cozy and you will notice that as soon as you step inside. It is part of a small-scale complex with only 4 homes. At the front you have a nice private terrace where you can often use to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The house is equipped with many conveniences and has a luxurious appearance.

Roof terrace
The communal swimming pool is located on the rooftop. The pool is shared with only three other properties. Therefore you have a lot of privacy here. You also have a private roof terrace of 60m2 at your disposal. There are 3 sun loungers and a relaxed 2-person hammock under a canopy. From the rooftop you can look out over the beautiful coastal area and enjoy the unique view including sunset.

The house is equipped with all luxurious conveniences and has a modern look. In the living room you can enjoy a nice dinner or perhaps after a long day you can plop down on the couch and watch Netflix. The house has an excellent WIFI connection and a smart TV for streaming.

kitchen
The house has an extensive kitchen with luxury appliances (electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) and you cook electrically in the house. There are also all kinds of appliances (nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, kettle and toaster)

Bedrooms
The house has two bedrooms, which are located next to each other. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. This way you can neatly store all your belongings. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Bathroom
Our house has one bathroom with washing machine that you can use. A drying rack is also available.

General
The property is located on the first floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. Not entirely unimportant is that you can park for free in front of the door on the public road.

Surroundings
Many cozy restaurants, wine bars and several supermarkets can be found less than 50 meters from the house. The large supermarkets, bakeries and shops are about 1 km away. The large open-air shopping center ''La Zenia Boulevard'' is 9 minutes away by car. Here you will find the top shops, a food court, cinema and even an arcade for the kids.
Not far from here are several bays and beaches.

Orihuela Costa is easy to reach via Alicante airport. It is located in the extreme south of the Costa Blanca. Each seaside resort of Orihuela Costa has its own charm. There is a wide choice of delicious Spanish restaurants, various bars with beautiful views of the golden beach and blue sea. For the golf enthusiasts among us, the region has no fewer than four 18-hole golf courses. Hit a ball in a Mediterranean climate. Who wouldn't want that?
