Our Villa, completely renovated in 2023, is the ultimate retreat for those who love the sea, sun & beach, like to be close to everything, but only hear the sound of crickets in the evening. With its spacious bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom, silent air conditioning, spacious living room with 70 inc smart TV and fully equipped kitchen with large American fridge, large swimming pool with water from its own source (really), and a tiki bar with BBQ. this is definitely the place to be!

Apart from the spacious rooms and large outdoor area, the location is perhaps VillaGekko's greatest asset.
The Los Almendros district was one of the first residential urbanizations in Calpe, which originally attracted mainly wealthy Spaniards, which translates into large plots and very spacious, often older homes. Villagekko urgently needed a thorough renovation when we purchased it and we did this with a lot of passion.

The result is therefore rather unique, a completely brand new home, which is much more spacious than the traditional new-build homes, which is located in a neighborhood near the sea, with a supermarket and the weekly market nearby, but where it is nevertheless exceptionally quiet, even during the peak season.

Hello,

we are Tom and Krista, the proud owners of VillaGekko in Calpe.
Our journey started in 2021, in the middle of the pandemic, when we decided to realize a long-cherished dream and acquire this beautiful villa. Fast forward to 2023, and we have put our heart and soul into a thorough renovation. Our ultimate goal is to make Spain our permanent home, but for now we are excited to share our own piece of paradise with families and our cycling friends.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 50% of the rental price.
In any case, we will put the property back online after cancellation. If we succeed in renting it out again in whole or in part, we will compensate the difference pro rata.
