Beautiful villa in Calpe, Costa Blanca, with a Spanish appearance. With a private swimming pool for up to 6 people. You rent the entire ground floor of our beautiful villa. You can also reach the roof terrace via the stairs to the top floor. Here you have a beautiful view of the Ifach. The top floor is not rented. The villa is located on a large fenced plot, where you have complete freedom. There are plenty of lovely places to sit in the sun or shade. Enjoy your private swimming pool, rinse off under the outdoor shower and then light the outdoor barbecue with family or friends. Sea and shops within walking distance (1.5 km).

The villa is located on the outskirts of Calpe, close to the coastal road to Moraira, in the middle of a residential area. Calpe has all amenities and of course a lovely beach with a boulevard. Old Calpe is very beautiful to visit. Inland there are beautiful nature reserves and mountains. Places such as Altea and Benidorm are close by and Alicante and Valencia are also easily accessible. There are many water sports activities on and around the sea and it is also a paradise for golfers and cyclists.
