The apartment is part of a small-scale complex with a total of 32 apartments and is located on the first floor. Upon entering, you immediately enter the modern kitchen and cozy living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a cozy dining table where you can sit together while the other prepares a delicious meal.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed and television, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. From the living room you step directly onto the balcony, which offers a view of the pool and the other apartments.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe space for all your summer outfits. From this room you have direct access to the adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also has a spacious closet. The second bathroom is accessible via the hallway and also offers a lot of privacy.

In addition, the apartment has a spacious roof terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun. Although it is currently still empty, amenities will soon be added to make it even more enjoyable.

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing.

The following conditions apply:

- In case of cancellation from 14 days to 7 days of arrival, 50% of the rent is due.
- In case of cancellation from 7 days until the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due.
- If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice,
this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rent will be due
