Relax on the sofa in the living room and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or keep up with the latest news via the free fiber optic internet. Air conditioning in the living room ensures that you get the necessary cooling even on the hottest days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an electric 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, filter coffee, microwave and dishwasher. Don't worry about dirty clothes, on the balcony you have a washing machine at your disposal.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom consists of a double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony. You can cool the master bedroom by turning on the air conditioning in the living room. The en-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The other bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and also access to the balcony. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
As a guest you have full access to the communal outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, table tennis table, table football, spinning bike and football/basketball court.
