But you'll probably spend most of your time on the outdoor patio with a view from side to side. The best place to have coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening.

When we enter the apartment, we find the open kitchen on the right. It offers a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer (efficiently placed under the bar).

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a 3-seater sofa and flat screen smart TV. The perfect place to unwind and relax with your favorite series and films. From here you also have direct access to the covered terrace with an amazing view and a comfortable lounge set and table with four chairs.

Around the corner from the living area we find a separate modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and electric towel radiator. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with a large double bed, built-in wardrobe and a cozy ensuite terrace to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

The apartment has air conditioning, free WiFi (fiber optic) and a private parking space in the garage. The complex has an elevator and a communal roof terrace. Finally, and not to be missed, there is a large communal pool to cool off during a sunny day.
