Hello

Modern apartment on the 10th floor in Calpé for rent, 100 meters from the beach and shops. Only a 40-minute drive away
from Alicante airport. 
Super view from the balcony. 

Apartment includes: 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath/shower and 1 with rain shower),
new kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, grill, fridge with freezer, dolce gusto),
WiFi and smart TV, air conditioning, small balcony with washing machine, large balcony with large table and 6 chairs, garage and swimming pool.

You can do everything on foot from the apartment: 2 min to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. Restaurants and cafes at 2 minutes and the harbor at 5 minutes walking distance.

There is someone on site who will hand over the keys, show you around the apartment and explain more about the area. You can always contact this lady if you have any questions or problems during the guest period.

-Check in between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Arrival after 20.00 € 50 extra. No arrival after 23:00. Check out before 11:00 am. Different times possible in consultation.

Hello,
Since a year we are the owner of a nice apartment in sunny Spain. Because we ourselves can not go that much, we let people enjoy our place under the sun. We have 3 sons ourselves so Calpe is ideal for a family with children or people who want to overwinter there.
