The apartment is located between the old town and the arenal bol beach, 150 meters from the sea. In close proximity to the hotel Solymar and Bahia.

Also near the shopping street Gabriel Miro, with beautiful shops. On the dike you will find many cozy bar and restaurants and terraces. Also beautiful hiking trails along the rocks near the sea.

The old town is definitely worth a visit. A shopping complex can be found 50 meters away. A car is not a must, everything is within walking distance.

You can rent a garage space in the complex directly from the concierge.

There are 2 TVs, in living room and bedroom, TV Vlaanderen and chromecast can also be used. Internet is fiber optic.

The terrace has lateral sea views. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary comfort. Electric heating radiator in winter, air conditioning in summer.
Everything is available in the kitchen. Very good cooking pots from the Berghaus brand, senseo machine and also regular coffee maker with thermos, a kettle, egg cooker, toaster and large fridge with freezer. Very good beds with topper and the rooms can also be perfectly closed with shutters. Quiet area and yet a step from the sea. Next to the complex there is also a public parking lot. In short, ideal environment and everything at hand.

From Alicante airport you can leave by public transport Alsa bus or via Benniconect, bus stops in the street of the apartment, specifically at the Bahia hotel. 

In the plaza mayor, the cultural place there are numerous events throughout the year.
In short, you will never be bored and there is entertainment for young and old.
