Casa Haiti

Casa Haiti is located in Benissa Costa, in the heart of the beautiful Costa Blanca. Its central location makes it very accessible from both Alicante Airport, approximately 40' by car, and Valencia Airport, approximately 1h15' drive.

Due to its quiet location in a residential area outside the bustle of Calpe, you can enjoy the peace and relaxation you need during your holiday. Knowing that you are only 4 minutes drive from the beach and 3 minutes drive from the supermarket. Enjoy a day at the beach or live the busy nightlife, with a wide choice of restaurants, bars and clubs.

The villa is detached with a large garden (1100 m2) and a private fenced pool. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Bedrooms :
Bedroom 1 has a twin bed (a wide bed with 2 separate mattresses), an extra single bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double walk-in shower and two sinks.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds (can also be used as a double bed) and a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has a wooden bunk bed and a closet. All rooms have air conditioning (2021).

Bathrooms :
Renovated and modernized in 2021
Bathroom 1 is ensuite to bedroom 1 and consists of a double walk-in shower and two sinks and a towel radiator.
Bathroom 2 consists of a vanity unit with illuminated mirror, a towel radiator, a walk-in shower and a toilet.

Bathroom 3 has a toilet, vanity unit with illuminated mirror, a towel radiator and washing machine and dryer

kitchen :
This modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, large refrigerator, freezer, kettle, blender and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Living room:
The spacious cozy living room has 2 sofas and a separate armchair. There is a smart TV with chromecast, a fireplace and Wi-Fi.

Covered terrace:
From the living room you enter the spacious covered terrace with lighting, dining table and lounge sofas. There is also a Weber BBQ here.

Swimming pool :
The pool has a size of 10x5m and is completely fenced. It is easily accessible by a built-in staircase and there is lighting in it. It is surrounded by a large terrace with 6 sunbeds. The covered lounge area has a 2.5x2.5 bed and sofas. There is also a refrigerator.

outdoor kitchen :
At the rear of the villa is a covered outdoor kitchen with comfortable lounge sofas and a dining table for 8 people. The outdoor kitchen has a Green Egg, an induction hob and a fridge and sink. There is also a bio-ethanol fireplace (Le Feu) for cooler evenings.

Garden :
The whole has a lot of privacy. The villa is located on a very dead end street in the urbanization Altamira. From the street the villa is accessed through an automatic gate and there is a private driveway with parking for 4 cars.

Sea and beach :
The villa is within walking distance (15min) from the family beach 'La Fustera', where several nice beach bars and restaurants are located.

Facilities :
The Algi Market is a 15-minute walk away, where fresh bread and delicious croissants are available every day. Everything is available here, even Dutch products.
For major shopping there are several supermarkets in Calpe, such as Consum, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, etc., 5 minutes by car.


Activities :
There are many activities to do in the vicinity of the villa, including walking, cycling, golfing and of course swimming at one of the many different beaches and bays. We have all the beach necessities available, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids.

At Cala la Bassettes (1 km) it is possible to practice various water sports, such as supping, sailing, windsurfing and diving. Weekly water sports camps are organized especially for children.

The urbanization has a communal tennis court that can be used. Tennis rackets and balls are available in the villa.

Extras :
We have 2 cots, 3 high chairs (including a Trip Trap) and many toys available. And in the garden there is a trampoline with a safety net.

The tourism of the Costa Blanca is concentrated along the coast. A little further inland you will come across the real Spain, where you will hardly encounter tourists and where you can find cheap restaurants. In the hinterland you will find beautiful mountain ranges and nature reserves. It is not without reason that this region has been declared the best and healthiest climate in Europe by the World Health Organization.
