Centrally located between the major cities of Alicante and Valencia lies the beautiful town of Calpe with the famous rock Peñon d'Ifach along the coast. From Calpe the nice seaside resorts of Benissa, Moraira, Altea and Javea are a short distance away. If this appeals to you, Casa Biamar in Calpe is the perfect place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The apartment is located in the La Canuta district and is fully equipped. It has a private entrance and free parking. You can relax by the pool or on 1 of the spots in the garden. Keep in mind that there are some differences in level on our site, so you will occasionally encounter a few steps.
The bay with the picturesque beach of Puerto Blanco is only an 8-minute walk away. La Fossa and Arenal beaches can be reached within 8 minutes by car, as can the city centre. We use green electricity, generated by our own solar panels. In addition, you can drink the tap water with us. We had an Aquafilter filter system installed.

Hi. We are Mario and Bianca and we traveled to Calpe in June 2022 in good spirits to deal with Casa Biamar. We live on the first floor of Casa Biamar and rent out the beautiful, cozy apartment on the ground floor. As a result, we are always there for advice or a pleasant chat. You have your own entrance and of course private use of the swimming pool. Feel especially welcome on arrival.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Minimum rental period from July to September 7 nights. Minimum rental period from October to June 2 nights. From August 2024, due to new legislation in the Valencian Community, it will no longer be possible to book for more than 10 days.

Supervision from 15.00 hours. (or in consultation) + personal reception.
Check-out before 11:00 am.

Rental prices include:
water and electricity. (in the period November to April additional consumption to be calculated for long stays)
Bedding
Towels and tea towels
Final cleaning.

Extras:
Airport transfers on request.
Baby cot and baby chair. (5 euros per night)
Extra cleaning during stay. (65 euros)
