Beautiful and completely renovated apartment for rent directly from the owner, 600 meters from Levanto Beach in Benidorm. For 3 people. With beautiful sea views all the way to Alicante and lots of greenery from the hills of the Siera Helada that extend to Albir.

The 7th floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size double bed and 1 with a double sofa bed. Both with fan and dimmable light and adjustable in 6 positions and with air conditioning.

Open new kitchen with beautiful views, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine is in the utility room.

The open living room has air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with reception of all the channels you want at home. Fiber optic WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

The balcony has a bar with a beautiful view of the complex.

The complex has 2 large and beautiful swimming pools (1 for the little ones) with sunbeds, tennis court, sports field and children's playground. Two entrances with a total of 6 elevators. There is a permanent parking space for the car in the garage.

In a 10-minute walk you can reach the always lively and very affordable nightlife of Benidorm with many (tapas) bars, clubs with live music and casinos. For 5 euros you can take a taxi back to the complex. There is a supermarket 400 m away.

Prices:
July and August: 850 euros
September: 750 euros
October - December: 650 euros
January - March: 550 euros
April - June: 650 euros
Christmas holidays: 850 euros

Prices are per week (7 nights) and do not include cleaning costs of 85 euros.

The prices include internet and water and exclude electricity, which is deducted from the deposit depending on the meter reading.

Check-in and check-out times are preferably Saturdays.

The deposit is 500 euros and will be refunded within 5 days of departure after deducting electricity consumption.

Long-term rental in winter is also possible for twice the weekly price.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the Renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the Lessor by e-mail (even if the Lessor has already been informed of this by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of the written notice of termination by the tenant:
Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only declares at the beginning of the lease or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he still owes the full rental price.
