Located in a quiet residential area of Calpe, the villa offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. La Fossa beach is about a 10-minute walk away, while the small bay of Cala Calalga is just a few minutes' walk away—ideal for a quick swim or snorkeling. Restaurants, cafés and shops are all within walking distance, and supermarkets are quickly accessible by car. The charming old town of Calpe is about a 5-minute drive away, and the nearby Peñón de Ifach Natural Park offers beautiful hiking trails and breathtaking views. Everything is within easy reach, while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable environment.
The villa features a bright, open-plan living room with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and large sliding doors that fill the space with natural light. Adjacent to the living room is a sunny, enclosed terrace set up as a second lounge—perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying a morning coffee—and there is also a small children's play area, ideal for families.
The modern open kitchen is fully equipped for both daily use and cozy cooking together, with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and air fryer, as well as a stylish breakfast bar with seating. A separate dining area provides a cozy place for indoor meals.
On the ground floor there are two well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway there is a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, a walk-in closet, air conditioning, a Smart TV and direct access to the enclosed terrace.
The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and offers complete privacy. Accessible only via an external staircase, it consists of a spacious room with a double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet—ideal for guests who appreciate some extra seclusion.
Designed for a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle, the villa offers beautifully appointed outdoor spaces ideal for both enjoying and unwinding, including an 8x5m private swimming pool (which can be heated on request, see conditions below), sunbeds, shaded seating, a stylish outdoor lounge, a hammock chair for quiet moments, a BBQ area with dining area for up to 8 guests and multiple terraces with sun or shade throughout the day. From quiet mornings over coffee to long evenings dining al fresco, each space has been carefully designed to make the most of the outdoors.

Pool heating
The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are € 25 per day and start from the day the pump is switched on.

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property;
- To avoid fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation;
- The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding is not allowed;
- Parties are strictly forbidden at all times;
- You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival but need to be replenished during the stay;
- The third bedroom is only accessible via an external staircase.
