As we enter the apartment, on the right we find the open kitchen. It offers a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer (efficiently mounted under the bar).
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a 3-seater sofa and flat screen smart TV. The perfect place to unwind and relax with your favorite series and movies. From here you also have direct access to the covered terrace with beautiful views and a comfortable lounge set and table with four chairs.
Around the corner from the living area we find a separate modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and electric towel radiator. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with a large double bed, built-in wardrobe and a cosy ensuite terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
The apartment has air conditioning, free Wifi (fiber optic) and a private parking space in the garage. Finally, and not to be missed, there is a large communal swimming pool to cool off during a sunny day.

4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
