Or step outside onto the semi-covered terrace, where you can dine whilst enjoying the enchanting views of the sea and the valley.

Inside there is also a dining area, conveniently adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Prepare delicious meals with ease with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, ceramic hob with four burners and oven and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

On this floor there are two bedrooms, both air-conditioned for your comfort. The first bedroom has a double bed (200×180) and direct access to the terrace, while the second bedroom also has air conditioning and a double bed (200×160). There is a spacious bathroom, complete with toilet, bidet, corner bath, shower and double sink. For your convenience there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board and a separate guest toilet with sink.

At pool level you will find a self-contained apartment with a living room, German satellite TV and Spanish channels and a ceiling fan, as well as a kitchenette with refrigerator with small built-in freezer, filter coffee maker, and ceramic hob with 2 burners. The bedroom has air conditioning and a double bed (200×180) and there is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

Step outside to the impressive terrace, where you can soak up the sun on the sun loungers, take a refreshing dip in the private pool (9×4), or cook outside in the covered kitchen and barbecue area with a four-burner gas stove.
