Villa Entre Pins i Mar is a fully renovated Mediterranean villa for up to 8 people, very quietly located on a cul-de-sac between the attractive fishing village of Moraira and lively Calpe. Surrounded by pine trees, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and only 900 meters from the idyllic bay Cala Baladrar, which can be reached by a  hike without a steep climb.

The villa consists of two comfortable apartments and an attractive studio, each with its own entrance and private outdoor space. Ideal for two families, several generations or friends who want to spend their holidays together. The unique layout offers the perfect balance between enjoying together and your own privacy. Everyone has their own apartment or studio, while the private swimming pool with spacious sun terrace, the pergola and the outdoor kitchen invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean outdoors, cozy dinners and long summer evenings together.

During the summer months you always rent the complete villa. That means complete privacy: the private swimming pool, the spacious sun terrace, the pergola and the outdoor kitchen are then exclusively for your group.

Outdoor living on the Mediterranean Sea

The heart of the villa is the new sun-lounge swimming pool of 9 × 3.5 meters, with a comfortable shallow seating area in the water and a maximum depth of 1.60 meters. Around the pool is a spacious sun terrace with sunbeds, outdoor shower and plenty of space to enjoy the Spanish sun.

Under the large pergola you will find a complete outdoor kitchen with gas plancha, fridge, sink and a large dining table. Here you start the day with breakfast in the shade and end the evening with a long barbecue under the stars.

The villa is set in a private plot of approximately 3,000 m², surrounded by pine trees that provide peace, privacy and a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. Just 300 meters away is a cozy pizzeria, followed by several more restaurants. At about 900 meters you can reach Cala Baladrar, a beautiful bay with beach restaurant Olalá. A large supermarket is also within walking distance.

From the villa you can walk to the promenade of Moraira in about 2 km. The cozy center with the marina, attractive terraces and excellent restaurants is about 4 km away. Just 6 km away is the authentic Benissa, where you can enjoy historic streets, cozy squares and the real Spanish atmosphere. Calpe is about 10 km away and offers wide sandy beaches, a lively promenade, shops and the iconic Peñón de Ifach.

Thanks to its central location, Villa Entre Pins i Mar is an ideal base to discover the Costa Blanca.

ALAMAR apartment

Located on the top floor with sea views. This apartment has a bright living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a bed of 180x200 cm. Through the patio doors you step directly onto your own spacious, 25 m² semi-covered Naya., a wonderful place to enjoy the view in peace.

Apartment PINYA

Located on the middle floor overlooking the pool and pine trees is the 2nd apartment. This apartment has a bright living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with beds of 180x200 cm. The spacious, 32 m² semi-covered Naya, directly accessible from one of the bedrooms and is a wonderful place to have breakfast, relax and enjoy the tranquility and the Mediterranean environment.

Studio BARRANC

The attractive studio on the ground floor has its own private Mediterranean garden with terrace, a conservatory, bathroom and a comfortable living room with kitchenette. The bright conservatory forms a cozy seating area to relax. The living and dining area flows into a comfortable separate sleeping area with a double bed (160×200 cm).

All accommodations will be completely and stylishly renovated in 2026. Apartments ALAMAR and PINYA feature a new, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with rain shower. Studio BARRANC features a practical kitchenette and a private bathroom.

There is parking for four cars on site.
