Located in the heart of the charming village of Callosa d'Ensarría on the Costa Blanca in Spain.

An authentic Spanish village where there is no mass tourism yet but is still close to the larger well-known seaside resorts.


The house is located in the old center close to various shops and nice Spanish bars within walking distance.


This inviting village house offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, nestled between the beautiful Bernia Mountains and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.


The house is stylishly and comfortably furnished with 4 floors, spacious rooms decorated with traditional Spanish accents and all equipped with air conditioning and heating.

On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room with a large corner sofa, spacious 6-person dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hobs, coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, etc.


Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, the first has a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom has a double bed with a beautiful view over the mountains.

Both bedrooms have adjoining living rooms that offer plenty of space with a comfortable sofa bed and an additional dining area.


A beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the quaint village below. The village itself is a mostly undiscovered mix of historic charm and modern amenities.

The area

In the Sierra de Aitana and the entire area there are many hiking trails where you sometimes walk on ancient donkey paths. The area lends itself to going out and making one of the many beautiful trips. There is also a hiking trail along the Guadalest dam wall. In addition to walking, climbing, there is a lot of cycling in the area. Many professional cycling groups come here in the spring to train. Notorious is the 'Coll de Rates', located in windswept Sierra del Carrascal. The summit is 750 meters above sea level, and a popular climb among cyclists

So ideal for various nature lovers whether it is walking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, nature is spectacular!

And a source of inspiration for artists.

The beautiful mountains here are up to 1500 m high. The rivers Guadalest and d'Algar meander through it.

Less than 3 kilometers from the house is the Fonts D'Algar waterfalls where you can also swim.

There is also the Dinopark Algara child-friendly amusement park with life-size robot dinosaurs, a 3D theater and educational activities.

High above a reservoir on a rock, lies the tourist town of Castell de Guadalest, with fantastic views. The village is on the list of the most beautiful villages in Spain! In the valleys grow oranges, lemons and almonds and the medlar.


You can also soak up the sun on the nearby beaches of Altea, Albir or Benidorm, just a short drive away. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this village house on the Costa Blanca provides the perfect base for an unforgettable Spanish stay.

We, Arend and Françoise are the proud owners of this beautiful house. Consisting of 4 floors. We have completely fallen in love with the fantastic environment in which this typical Spanish mansion is located.
With great enthusiasm we would like to introduce you to this, to fully enjoy the sun, sea and a beautiful nature reserve with waterfalls within cycling distance, as well as the beautiful beaches of Altea or Albir with a distance of about 18 minutes by car.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 50% of the rental price; in case of cancellation from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 100%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
