Casita Mimos is located just outside the center of Calpe in the quiet residential area of Carrio. The villa is within walking distance of the sea and the beach with its nice bars, cafes, restaurants and so much more.
You can enjoy the many quiet bays between Calpe and Moraira or visit the bustle of the beaches La Fossa and Arenal. Something for everyone!
Casita Mimos has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. An extra sleeping space can also be created in the living room if necessary. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 6 people.
For extra cosiness and warmth in the winter, there is a pellet stove in the living room.
To enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, there is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven (!) and many cozy sitting areas around the pool, both in the sun and in the shade.
The swimming pool has a large plage, ideal for small children or to cool off on hot days. The garden is completely walled which ensures maximum privacy. The mood lighting around the garden provides cosiness during the evening.

We are Serge & Sandra, brother and sister who have lost their hearts to beautiful Calpe. Since January 2022 we are the proud owners of Casita Mimos, located in a quiet neighborhood but a stone's throw from the beaches of Calpe and La Fustera. We have put our heart and soul into our cottage and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Explanation of prices

Cancellation up to 42 calendar days before the arrival date: 30% of the total rent.
Cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 50% of the total rent.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) to the 7th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 90% of the total rent.
Cancellation from the 7th calendar day (inclusive) to the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price.

Of course we are understanding and together we look for another date or if circumstances make it really impossible to come. If it is not possible to travel due to a lockdown due to Corona, the advances paid will be fully refunded.
