Corner house surrounded by beautiful views.
The property is located in an urbanization with communal swimming pool. Contains 3 bedrooms. Of which 2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed which can be converted into 2 single beds. Everything is available for the little ones (travel cot, high chair, potty, changing mat, ...) There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath + shower and 1 with walk-in shower. From the bedrooms you can go to the outdoor area where you can enjoy sea and/or mountain views
Spacious living room with adjoining kitchen with new appliances and large terrace with sea view. From the terrace you can go to the roof terrace where there are all facilities to enjoy (lounge, dining table, arches, views,...) On the roof terrace you will find an equipped outdoor kitchen with a bbq, pit, pump tray and refrigerator. Located between Alicante and Valencia, this is the ideal base with many sights, parks, shopping, beaches,...

We are a family who enjoy traveling. After having explored this region several times, and realizing that this is our place, we wanted to find a house where we felt at home. A home that met the standards we set when we rent something ourselves. We want to share this home with others and let them enjoy what we have fallen in love with.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A special price can be drawn up for periods of more than 2 weeks.

The total price includes sheets and a towel package.
Electricity included up to 80 KWH per week. Above 80 KWH, an additional cost of €0.40 per KWH will be charged.

Booking is only final after payment of a deposit (50%). To be paid at the time of reservation
After receipt of the deposit, the rental agreement will be sent. This must be signed by the tenant, accompanied by a photo on the front and back of the identity card and all details of the co-tenants (name + national register number)

In the final balance, a deposit of 350€ will be requested. Final balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure date
For reservations of which departure takes place within 30 days, payment must be made in full.

Additional information

At a 15 minute drive we find Mundomar. This is a smaller zoo with a nice playground. The highlight of this park is its location. When exploring it you often have a super beautiful view of Benidorm and the landscape behind it. The great thing about this zoo are the shows with sea lions and dolphins. You can also swim with the dolphins here. A blissful experience!

There is a parking space within the urbanization, in front of the house. We do not have a charging station for electric cars, but there are several options in the immediate vicinity. For fast charging, you can go to the Ionity charging station, located on the A7 about 2 km from the apartment.
For 'normal' charging, you will find charging stations at various locations, such as at the 'La Marina' shopping centre and in parking garages. Some are free, some you have to pay.

Beautiful village where there is a lot of fun. Ideal to enjoy a nice cocktail or meal

Get some culture and visit the rock dwellings in Rojales. Combine this with a visit to the city itself or shopping in La Zenia or visit the salt lagoons

Go scream your lungs out for a day in Terra mitica. You are there in less than 10 minutes by car! You will also often see the watchtower as a landmark when you drive to Casa Hannah :-) This amusement park is divided into 5 worlds: Egypt-Greece-Rome-Iberia and the islands. The great thing about this park is that there is something for all ages. There is a large children's area for the little ones and some attractions are offered in a child format. Just think of the tree trunks and the chair carousel. There is a large swimming pool and many water attractions and water misters to defy the heat in the summer. And even the Nile is present with jacuzzis, fountains and water toys for the little ones. You can choose from a 5D cinema and multiple shows to be enchanted. Check in advance which shows you want to catch

Enjoy the splendor of this beautiful church. A smaller church that is grand in its decorations. The way there is also enjoyable with the beautiful landscape. Combine this trip with a visit to 1 of the wine domains in this region

Take a walk around a reservoir. This region has several. You can go to Guadalest. This is the most famous where you can walk up and have a beautiful view over the reservoir. The road to it is on winding mountain roads that bring beautiful views. If you are not into winding roads, you can safely visit another nearby

Enjoy a day at the beach in Finestrat. Eat a tasty paella in the beach restaurant or enjoy a nice cocktail in one of the bars

You are in Murcia in just over an hour. You can easily spend a full day here. Visit the cathedral, taste Vermouth or take a walk along the various bridges.

Less than 10 minutes you will find Aqua natura. This is a water park consisting of several children's areas, various slides for young and old, all around the centrally located large wave pool. There is an animation team that offers activities for young children, there is a mermaid school and they also have various sea lion shows. Water fun guaranteed!

Here you can observe about 200 different species of animals, watch a bird of prey show and, if you wish, even feed the elephants. This zoo is located right next to Aqua Natura. Combo tickets are possible. It's up to you whether you want to visit the parks on 1 or 2 days ??

Visit the colored houses in Villajoyosa, stroll through the small old town, rest on the beach, take the pedalo or eat delicious churros with chocolate in the Valor bar

This fun student city is located 40 minutes from the house. Enjoy this city that has something to offer in all areas. Go shopping in the many shopping streets, relax on the beach, do a tapas tour in the many streets. Climb the mountain to the castle that overlooks Alicante and the sea or simply take the elevator there ;-) Visit the harbor or one of the many museums.

Nice day to laze around in the old part, marvel at the modern part designed by architect Calatrava, go to the beach by bike, go shopping or enjoy good food
