Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 20:00. 

For a later check-in, the following surcharges apply:  

• Between 20:00 and 23:00: € 25  
• After 23:00: € 50  

Pay these fees directly to the manager. 

It is also possible to get your keys from the key box in case of late arrival. 

The manager will then come by the next day to explain things calmly. That is usually the most pleasant and so the costs remain the same (standard check-in prices).

Prices include Dutch TV, wireless internet, water and electricity in the period with normal use, outside of that according to consumption at cost price.

WINTER BREAK

In the period from October to March, gas and electricity will be charged at cost price minus 20 euros per week.

Deposit

The deposit is € 400 per stay.

This will be refunded via the bank no later than 7 days after departure after deduction of any costs for the repair of damage found by the tenant. If the damage is higher than the deposit, the remainder of the damage must be transferred.

Cancellation policy

In the unlikely event that the trip is canceled, this must be done in writing, by e-mail. The fees we charge depend on the time of cancellation.

Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: full refund, 100% of the rental price refunded. 

• Cancellation between the 60th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: we will refund 50% of the rental price.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: we will refund 0% of the rental price.
• If the guest informs at the beginning of the rental or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rental property, he or she remains liable to pay the full rental price.
