Villa Ensueño is truly perfectly located, on the edge of Javea, near the Javea golf club and just a few minutes' drive from both the bustling boulevard in Javea and the idyllic and beautifully situated Moraira. The best of both worlds, so it is never a far drive and there is plenty of entertainment and variety for all ages in the nearby area.

The stylishly furnished villa is fully equipped and therefore suitable for families who want to enjoy the sun, sea, beach and Spanish hospitality together. An ideal base for a wide variety of activities and trips.

Groups of friends (not youth groups) are also at home in Villa Ensueño. Visit one of the wine tastings or one of the many good (even Michelin) restaurants in the area or look for nice Ibiza style spots, visit old towns such as Guadelest or Old Altea or spend a day in the city of Valencia. Would you prefer something more sporty and active? Then go karting, cycling, golfing, hiking or snorkeling/kayaking.

Enjoying the sun? With 4 super-deluxe Roolf lounge beds made of fabric and 4 extra sun loungers with parasols and side tables, there is room for every guest to read or get a tan between swims. We request that guests use the beach towels on the luxurious outdoor furniture for hygiene reasons and the use of sunscreen/oil.

You can have a nice drink in the shade under the tarp on the luxurious Roolf lounge set or at the pool bar/under the veranda. Due to its south-facing location, between 2 bays, you can enjoy the sun all day long with a pleasant sea breeze (called Calistros), making it a wonderful place to stay "at home" until the sun sets behind the Montgo. There are plenty of shade areas created under the tarp, various Ibiza style parasols and the cozy veranda/pool bar which is equipped with a refrigerator and (melamine) crockery & glassware. Facilities such as luxurious outdoor speakers (set of 2) on Bluetooth and great WiFi on the entire plot of almost 1000 m2 ensure a complete lounge experience.

Inside, the villa has been thoroughly renovated and decorated in a Boho/Ibiza style. "Above" at street height, the villa has a spacious dining table with 8 chairs in the Naja (dining room) from where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The adjoining, spacious kitchen with filtered drinking water system, new spacious fridge and freezer combination, luxury blender, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer offers a lot of comfort.

Through the hall you can reach the cozy round Ibiza-style living room with beamed ceiling as well as the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a luxurious Samsung Frame TV with streaming options and apps such as Netflix, HBO, etc. Enter your account details and watch a movie together on bad days. Would you rather play games or meet your teenager? This is possible with the new PS5, which is placed in this living room and is equipped with an x number of games.

The cozy fireplace and furnishings, combined with the large sofa, mean that you and your entire group can enjoy a wonderful stay in this room. With new air conditioning units in all living rooms and bedrooms, the temperature can be adjusted to your own preference, for everyone's comfort.

The 3 bedrooms are reached from the hall, also equipped with air conditioning, excellent beds and luxurious bedding. The spacious rooms all have a chest of drawers/dressing table with mirror and beautiful wooden fitted wardrobes for your clothes and belongings. The 2 bathrooms have new bathroom furniture with LED lighting and spacious (walk-in) showers.

Through the hall you walk to the street side, where your car can be placed cool and protected under the carport. If you are with two families, simply park the 2nd car in front of the house in the wide street. The neighborhood is quiet and almost car-free, so you can also play on the street, such as kicking a ball with the kids.

From the entrance you can walk down left and right around the house (or via the stairs from the house) to reach the large terrace, the new BBQ corner, pool bar/veranda, the swimming pool and the entrance to the lower apartment .

The downstairs apartment offers extra privacy for adult children, parents or an entire family. The apartment consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, hall, kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed (can be used as a bed on request, please specify) as well as a luxurious Samsung Frame TV with all TV apps such as Netflix, HBO etc. Of course, with good WiFi everywhere.

We are Olando and Anita and, after years of dreaming, we were able to become owners of Villa Ensueño at the beginning of 2022 and transform it into a luxury villa. A place to create memories with friends and family in between our busy work. For ourselves and our two teenagers, but also to let other guests experience this. Partly for this reason, we have decided to offer our beautifully furnished villa for rent to guests who want something special and like to be centrally located.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Cleaning costs apply to the entire house including the apartment. However, cleaning the BBQ and removing waste is not included, for which we charge a minimum cleaning fee of €50, which will be deducted from the deposit. If you leave everything clean and empty, these costs will not be charged. Please note that in case of serious pollution, additional costs may be charged, which will then also be deducted from the deposit.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

This fine sandy beach is about 480 meters long and 80 to 140 meters wide. It is the only sandy beach in Javea on the beautiful rocky coastline of Jávea, between the primer and segundo Muntanyar beaches, and is considered the main beach of Jávea.

There are beautiful swaying palm trees that provide shade, and the shallow end into the sea goes a long way, making it great for swimming and romping in the water!
Platja del Portet is located on the north side of Moraira. The 305 meter long sandy beach has a width that is limited to only a few meters in most places. Only at the two ends does the width increase to a maximum of about twenty metres. A striking fact is that you almost only see Spaniards on this beach. You will hardly find Dutch, English or German tourists here. This is mainly due to the shortage of public parking spaces in the vicinity of the beach. Because mainly Spaniards come, Platja del Portet has a more authentic atmosphere than the other two beaches. This is especially true on Saturdays and Sundays. On the terraces on the pedestrian promenade along the beach you will see mainly families enjoying bocadillos, tapas or paella.

As far as we are concerned, Platja del Portet is the nicest beach in Moraira. This is mainly due to the elevations on both sides of the bay and the sea water that has a beautiful azure blue color directly at the beach when the sun is shining. The boats further down the water complete the overall picture.
In terms of surface area, the beach of l'Ampolla is the largest beach in Moraira. The curved sandy beach is located directly south of the center of Moraira. On average, the beach has a width of about 25 to 30 meters. On the south side, the sandy beach turns into a rocky area with two works of art on it. Here you can snorkel excellently.

Platja de l'Ampolla is busy in the summer months. At the beach you will find a parking lot on the north side where you can park for a fee. You will also find paid parking spaces in the streets west of the beach. You can park for free in the car park on the south side of the beach, along the road towards Calpe.
A little further south of Moraira is Platja de las Platgetes. This is a smaller sandy beach that has some rocky outcrops on the north and south sides. Platja de las Platgetes is less crowded than the other two beaches. There is only a modest parking space at the beach. As with the other two beaches of Moraira, there is lifeguard supervision during the day during the season. Around the beach you will find some bars and restaurants. On the beach you will find foot showers where you can rinse your feet.
Playa de la Granadella has been voted 'best beach in Spain' by Spaniards twice in succession - in 2012 and 2013 respectively - on the website of a Spanish television channel. Not surprising, because it is located in a picturesque horseshoe-shaped bay with clear turquoise water, surrounded by jagged rocks and pine trees. A picture!
This beach is surrounded by two promenades, which over time have become one and make this place a popular center for walking, having a drink on the terrace of one of the bars or visiting the famous fish market. Visitors, tourists and residents themselves often visit this area because of its location, within the same urban area, as well as the varied gastronomic offer.
