Casa Gusta, a beautiful detached villa with large private pool and palm garden! Privacy and tranquility guaranteed in the beautiful Vall de Pop, 10 km inland from the coast.  Cozy Jalon with supermarket, shops, bodegas, restaurants, bars and the popular antique market on Saturdays is only a 5-minute walk away – you can just leave the car at the house!

The villa can accommodate 10 to 12 people, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  Excellent quality furniture and beds. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.  Fully equipped very spacious kitchen.  Private walled grounds of 1050 m2.  Beautiful swimming pool 12 x 6 m, with 2 terraces adjacent. Separate quiet terrace at the back with space to eat and bbq, and with extra seating and relaxation area.  Another separate lounge terrace in the garden.  Wifi.  Large flat screen TV with built-in chromecast.

Jalon is 15 minutes by car from the beaches in Moraira and Calpe.  Denia, Javea and Altea are 20 minutes away.  Benidorm less than 30 minutes. If you want to hike, cycle, mountain bike, or even practice mountaineering or paragliding in the unspoiled nature,  you can walk straight from the villa into the mountains of the Sierra Bernia. Jalon is the starting and arrival point for many walks and bike rides, the tourist information office is within walking distance of the villa. 

In short, a wonderful place for a relaxing or active holiday. 2 families with children can enjoy complete privacy in a rural setting while still being close to the vibrant life on the coast. The nearest airports are Alicante in the south and Valencia in the north (both 1 hour by car).  By car you travel 1800 km from Brussels.

Living room The spacious living room offers every comfort. There is a large flat screen TV with built-in chromecast. There are also books (Dutch and English) and board games available.  Of course, there is also plenty of comfortable seating provided.  Air conditioning & heating, wood stove with heat circulation. In the veranda, adjacent to the living room with a wonderful view of the pool and garden, is a large dining area with a table for up to 10 people.  There is also a cozy sitting area here.

Kitchen The new, modern kitchen of 20 m2 is equipped with a double sink, appliances such as oven, microwave, American fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.  There is also plenty of storage space.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms – ground floor & upper floor All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes.  All beds are from Swissflex and of excellent quality and equipped with the necessary bed linen.  Furthermore, bed and bath linen are made available. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed (160 x 20 cm).  A sliding door gives access to a terrace with sublime views of the Jalon Valley. The private bathroom has a large corner bath (with jet stream function) and a walk-in shower.  There is also a private toilet. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90x200 cm).  Here you will also find a well-equipped and spacious bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and storage cupboard.  All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Ground floor The apartment on the ground floor is connected to the rest of the villa via an interior door and staircase and also has its own front and rear entrance.  The apartment has air conditioning.  There is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm).  Also a dressing room with enough space for clothes and belongings.  There is also a private refrigerator.  Furthermore, a cozy living room with a table for 4 people and a sitting area with TV.  The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed to create 2 extra sleeping places (140 x 200 cm).  The private beautifully furnished bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.  The ground floor offers privacy and comfort, and has direct access to the pool and garden.
