THE VILLA:
The villa sits on a fully screened plot of 750 square meters with a large swimming pool, outdoor shower, outdoor toilet, and outdoor kitchen and a large parking area diagonally across the street.
You have a magnificent view of valleys and directly in front of you is a magnificent view. The location is such that you have sun all day long, but you can also find plenty of shady spots.

Villa Emma is a villa with 2 separate floors. We only rent out the ground floor. Only after consultation in occasional cases can 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom be rented upstairs. There is always in the summer,  when you only rent downstairs upstairs no one present. 
The plot is an elongated plot, where you can sit in the sun or shade in various places.

Diagonally opposite our villa is a large parking lot, only a few steps away. In addition, you can also park in front of the house for a shorter period of time by car. There is no parking ban.

GROUND FLOOR:
At the front is the garden and the stairs to the top. Here you will find a large naya (porch), with a double sliding door to the living room. To the side of the house, by the pool    (9 by 4 1/2 meters), is also a large naya containing an outdoor kitchen. This outdoor kitchen has a large professional griddle, on which you can prepare all kinds of things.
This naya has a large table, where you can easily sit with 10 people. The swimming pool is located near this naya.
In the living room there is an open kitchen.
The kitchen has all the appliances you need, such as oven, hob (induction), dishwasher, microwave etc.
There is also a sleeping sofa in the living room, which is fine, but is also excellent as a bed for 2 people. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a lovely bed in 1 movement.
There is a fan in both bedrooms and air conditioning is available in all rooms, living room and bedrooms.

All windows, doors and sliding doors are double glazed.  The windows have a tilt and turn position, and there are mosquito nets and shutters in all rooms. All rooms, both living room and bedrooms also have air conditioning and fans.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet.

At the back of the living room you will find the storage room, where there is a washing machine and a 250 liter boiler.
The sanitary water is heated by a solar panel, fixed on the roof. It rarely happens that you do not have hot water. With 1 push of a button you can switch to electrically heated water. At the rear of the house you will also find a large terrace and also a built-in trampoline for the children. Here you can also play table tennis or bocce. The terrace at the rear is shaded in the afternoon, which can be very pleasant in the summer. In the winter there is a pellet stove, which you can use, which gives off a very pleasant heat.
You will also find plenty of awnings and parasols to sit in the shade by the pool.

SWIMMING POOL.
The pool is 9 meters long and 4 1/2 meters wide. There is a pool deck, so you can still have wonderfully warm water in the spring and autumn. This makes a difference of 5 degrees.

THE UPPER FLOOR..
The upper floor has a front terrace at the entrance and a very large side terrace.
There are also 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is locked. One bedroom has 2 single beds, the other is a children's room with a trundle bed, where adults can also sleep if they are not too heavy.
There is 1 bathroom, an open kitchen as downstairs and a large living room.
Again, all windows have mosquito nets and shutters.
All rooms have air conditioning and fans.

There is TV both upstairs and downstairs, where you can find all the relevant channels.
All in all a true paradise.

Winter:

From the end of October it is only possible to rent for a minimum of 1 month. And then we talk about the ground floor. We prefer to look for an older couple, who want to rent for a longer period of time during the winter, e.g. from October to the end of April.
The rent is then negotiable. We are occasionally present upstairs ourselves.
