A charming bungalow, located in picturesque Benitachell, a short distance from Moraira, Teulada and Jávea. This attractive holiday home offers everything for a comfortable and carefree stay on the sun-drenched Costa Blanca.
Casita Camima is in a quiet, central location. Within 7 minutes by car you can reach the lively center of Moraira, with its cozy restaurants, cafes, shops and the weekly market. It is also an ideal base for beach lovers. In the immediate vicinity you will find some of the most beautiful beaches and coves in the region, including Playa del Portet, Cala de la Fustera and L'Andrago Beach – perfect for snorkelling, swimming or simply relaxing.
The property is modern and brightly furnished, with a cozy living room that overlooks the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains and the azure Mediterranean Sea. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and has a breakfast bar where you can start the day in style.
The terrace, facing southeast, is the perfect place to start the day with a delicious breakfast in the morning sun or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. The Mediterranean atmosphere comes alive, with the sounds of nature and the refreshing sea breeze embracing you.
Casita Camima features two comfortable bedrooms, which can accommodate up to four people. For families or small groups, it is possible to have an extra bed or cot placed in consultation. The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower for extra comfort. The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), which allows you to enjoy a pleasant temperature all year round.

- Wave: Moraira's golf course, Club de Golf Ifach, is just a short drive from Casita Camima. This 9-hole golf course offers beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The prestigious Jávea Golf Club is also easily accessible, where you can enjoy golf in a breathtaking setting.
- Hiking & Nature: The region offers numerous hiking trails with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The Peñagolosa hiking trail, one of the best known in the region, offers spectacular views and a challenging hike through the mountains of the Costa Blanca. For a more leisurely walk, try the Les Rotes trail in Denia, which will lead you along impressive cliffs and coves, ideal for nature and sea lovers.

Due to legislation in Spain, we must ask for an ID from every visitor. The main tenant is obliged to provide those of all visitors.
