The small-scale complex Semiramis II (Moorish style) is located on the southern slope of the Sierra de Bernia and has a spectacular view over the Mediterranean Sea, towards Altea with the skyline of Benidorm in the distance.

The complex is completely walled with a beautifully landscaped garden. It has 2 communal swimming pools with use of sunbeds and umbrellas. You also have your own free covered (flex) parking space within the complex.

Casa Semiramis is located on the ground floor with a terrace around the entire apartment with a large dining table, a lounge set and a sitting area and an adjacent small communal swimming pool.
On the ground floor of our residential block there are 2 apartments, above us also 2 apartments.

Our casa has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms (both walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. A separate kitchen with plenty of crockery, an oven, a microwave and a fridge and freezer.

There is also a breakfast seat on the east side.
There is a washing machine in the utility room.
The room with sitting and dining area can accommodate 4-6 people. Air conditioning/heating is also included. There is plenty of closet space for clothes etc.

The entire apartment, terrace and garden including carport are available.
We have closed a third bedroom where our personal belongings are.

We have a couple Stefan and Andrea locally who manage the apartment for us. They have been managing this apartment for years with a 100% satisfaction score!
They will receive you personally, hand over the keys, take care of the welcome pack and solve any complaints during your stay. After departure, Andrea and Stefan take care of the cleaning.

We have been coming to Altea and the surrounding area for more than 20 years. We bought this apartment in early 2025 after a tip from the local real estate agent. We were immediately sold after the first viewing. Everything we were looking for was there: a large terrace on both the east, south and west side. A beautiful garden with 2 swimming pools and magnificent views over both the mountains and the sea.

Fortunately, the managers of the previous owner were willing to continue the cleaning and key management.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rates shown apply to short term rentals up to 3 weeks.
The starting point is a 10% discount for 1 week, 15% for 2 weeks, 20% discount for a stay of 3 weeks and 30% for a month.
Specific agreements can be made for longer periods such as one or more months.
Please contact the landlord for this.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 3 months (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge minus administration costs
In case of cancellation from 3 months (inclusive) to 2 months (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 2 months (inclusive) to 1 month (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 1 month (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
