Casa Bernia Vista is a 4-person upstairs apartment* in the small-scale urbanization Pueblo Alcasar, located between the picturesque villages of Moraira and Benitachell. Pets are very welcome!
You enter the balcony from the garden with private parking via a separate staircase. The salon doors provide access to the living room, which has a cozy sitting and dining area. Sitting from your lazy chair you can enjoy beautiful views to Mount Bernia and over the valley between Benitachell and Teulada.
The spacious, bright kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and large refrigerator with freezer. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and one with 2 separate beds. The bathroom has a bath/shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
During your stay you can make free use of the communal swimming pool, which is supervised by a lifeguard during high season. You also have free access to the playground, tennis courts and basketball court. And all that on the other side of the street, just 50 meters away. You can enjoy a snack and a drink in the cozy restaurant.
Would you rather go to the beach? No problem either, the nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive away in Moraira, an old Spanish fishing village that is called the Ibiza of the mainland. You can also enjoy the many restaurants here with fresh fish, delicious tapas and of course the traditional paella. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance of the apartment.
