Welcome to Villa "Studio44"! This luxurious and spacious villa offers breathtaking views. The lovely "semi panoramic" swimming pool is located on the upper level of the large, multi-level garden.

The front door is at street level, then you reach the house by a staircase down where you immediately have a great view over the valley.

The playful design of the outdoor area with its different levels gives the villa an exclusive look and offers a lot of privacy thanks to the cozy terraces and sitting areas. With 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is more than enough space for two families. The two floors offer optimal privacy per family (4 people per apartment), each with a separate entrance. The spacious swimming pool invites you to have fun in the water or to swim in a relaxed way. Next to the pool is a cozy sitting area and on the terrace you can relax on the new comfortable sunbeds!

The spacious garage has been transformed into a game room for young and old, with a pool table in a cozy atmosphere! On different garden levels you can do all kinds of fun activities, such as Jeux de boules, Table tennis and Corn hole. 

So enjoy pleasant days and long summer evenings together at various places on the site. Whether this is at the outdoor bar for a drink, the large lounge terrace or by the pool. You'll never get bored!

Is it too chilly to be outside in the evening in spring or autumn? Then it's wonderful to stay inside in the cozy lounge! The modern furnished living rooms exude the atmosphere of a music studio, complete with guitars and amazing paintings by iconic artists. The sleek lines of the recently renovated house and the recessed spotlights in the ceiling give it a contemporary and warm look.

The spacious ground floor features a modern and cozy living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen. The slightly larger upper floor has a modern living room with a modern open kitchen and a balcony with lounge set where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. Of course, it is wonderful to sleep in the air-conditioned bedrooms!

There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity! The nearest beach is 1.5 km, about a 5-minute drive (a fifteen minute walk). The beautiful golf course at 8 minutes and the beautiful promenade of Calpe at 13 minutes drive. Bustling Benidorm is only half an hour's drive from the villa. Both Alicante and Valencia are respectively about an hour and an hour and a quarter drive from the villa.

Nearby:
The amazing village of Moraira is very close to the villa, with a nice beach and a small marina. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal in one of the countless restaurants. There is a market on Friday until 14:00. Denia, is a 25-minute drive from the villa. Here you can enjoy shopping in a great mall with all the famous brands. You don't have to go far for your daily shopping. The largest supermarket in the area is a 5-minute drive away. 

Do you want to enjoy all that the area has to offer? Then you do need a car. You can easily rent these in advance at one of the airports in the area.
Parking is available next to the garage at the villa.
