The front door is located at street level, then you reach the house by descending a staircase where you immediately have a great view over the valley.
The playful design of the outdoor area with its different levels gives the villa an exclusive look and offers a lot of privacy thanks to the cozy terraces and seating areas. With 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is more than enough space for two families. The spacious swimming pool invites you to enjoy water fun or relax swimming. There is a cozy seating area next to the swimming pool and you can relax on the terrace on the new comfortable sunbeds!
The spacious garage has been transformed into a game room for young and old, with a pool table in a cozy atmosphere! You can do all kinds of fun activities at different garden levels, such as Jeux de boules, table tennis and corn hole.
So enjoy pleasant days and long summer evenings together at various places on the site. Whether at the outdoor bar for a drink, the large lounge terrace or by the pool. You will never be bored!
Is it too chilly in the evenings in spring or autumn to be outside? Then you can relax in the cozy lounge! The modern living rooms exude the atmosphere of a music studio, complete with guitars and great paintings by iconic artists. The sleek lines of the recently renovated home and the recessed spotlights in the ceiling give the whole a contemporary and warm appearance.
The spacious ground floor has a modern and cozy living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen. The slightly larger upper floor has a modern living room with a modern open kitchen and a balcony with lounge set where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. Of course it is wonderful to sleep in the air-conditioned bedrooms!
There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants in the immediate area! The nearest beach is 1.5 km away, about a 5-minute drive (a 15-minute walk). The beautiful golf course is 8 minutes away and the beautiful boulevard of Calpe is a 13-minute drive away. Vibrant Benidorm is just a half-hour drive from the villa. Both Alicante and Valencia are approximately an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes drive from the villa respectively.

The wonderful village of Moraira is very close to the villa, with a beautiful beach and small marina. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal in one of the numerous restaurants. There is a market on Friday until 2 p.m. Denia is a 25-minute drive from the villa. Here you can enjoy shopping in a great mall with all the famous brands. You don't have to go far for your daily groceries. The largest supermarket in the area is a 5-minute drive away.
Do you want to enjoy everything the area has to offer? Then you do need a car. You can easily rent this in advance at one of the airports in the area.
Parking is available next to the garage at the villa.
