The villa is quietly located, but you can reach several beaches and restaurants within 10 minutes. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are no less than 3 beautiful golf courses within a short drive. A little further on is Cala Advocat, a small cove with pebbles and fine sand. You can dine on the beach, regularly with live music. From the terrace of this holiday home with private pool and from the villa you have a beautiful sea view. Sit down and enjoy! Outside is a large dining table where a large tarpaulin provides shelter from the sun. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine and tapas together or a delicious meal.

Upper floor
You enter the living room from the terrace on the side of the house, which is tastefully decorated with a comfortable sitting area and television. The open modern kitchen with dining area is equipped with all conveniences such as a coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge / freezer. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a modern ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom also has a shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has access to the naya. Waking up with a sea view, who wouldn't want that?
Ground floor
Via a staircase from the terrace by the pool you reach a studio. This is located under the house and has a nice living room/kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the morning you can walk straight to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The Great Outdoors of Villa Miramar
Outside it is a wonderful place to stay. Villa Miramar has a spacious private swimming pool (8m x 4m) right outside the door, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and of course that breathtaking view! It is the ideal location for a relaxing day at the pool or to enjoy the beach and the surroundings of Benissa after exploring it. There is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy a delicious meal together or play cozy games. During the day, a shade cloth provides some cooling. And for the enthusiast, there is even a table tennis table available!

– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
– In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

– The apartment will never be rented separately to other guests.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Winter stay
Villa Miramar Benissa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (heat pump), additional consumption costs (via meter), which must be paid in cash on the spot. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.
