Location, environment and climate
-Quiet location, yet close to everything: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket and beaches and coves, Cap Blanc, Cala Advocat (1.5km), Cala Baladrar (1.2km) walking distance
-Centrally located between Alicante (87km) and Valencia (120km) airports, these cities are also worth a visit, the villa is the ideal base for Costa Blanca (Alicante city at 74km and Valencia at 110km away)
-Ifach golf course just a stone's throw away, also tennis/padel clubs and other activities
-The micro maritime climate on the Costa Blanca is known for long summers, often with nice breezes, mild, often sunny winters, declared by WHO as the healthiest climate in Europe

-There are no facilities for the disabled, also the ground floor is not everywhere on the ground floor

-The main booker must be present and must be at least . 25 years old. We do not accept groups of young people
-Young children welcome after consultation with landlord
-It is NOT allowed to allow people to stay overnight or use the facilities other than those who are the tenants
-The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected
-The rental is excl. the cost of electricity (€ 0.35 kWh), which will be deducted from the deposit
-Rules and requirements must be carefully followed and adhered to
-We value our belongings and expect our guests to handle our belongings with care.
-The villa can be occupied on the day of arrival from 16:00 and must be available again on the day of departure at 10:00
**In high season (July/August): changeover days only on Saturdays**
Payment & Deposit
-The deposit at reservation is 50% of the reservation sum + deposit + final cleaning
-The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay
-For a booking less than 6 weeks before your stay, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately
-The deposit is € 1,000.00
-The tenant must leave the villa in neat condition
-If no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount will be returned within 14 days of the check-out date, after settlement with the cost of electricity
