For rent apartment for a maximum of 4 people consisting of a total of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with shower, lounge with two 3-person sofas, TV with chromecast connection, simple kitchen, large garden with lawn, a large covered terrace with table and chairs , plenty of parking space on the enclosed grounds, swimming pool 9x4 meters with sun beds and umbrellas and with a beautiful view over the woods and the sea.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, no view of the neighbors, no traffic or exhaust fumes, located on the woods. From the swimming pool a beautiful view of the sea.

The apartment has a view of mountains; the pool on the sea. The rooms are equipped with double beds, ceiling fans (there is no a/c, not really necessary), mosquito screens and shutters.

Furthermore, there is fast wireless WiFi everywhere (fiber optic so super fast) and there is a flat screen TV in the salon. All Dutch channels can be viewed with the handy nlziet app. Subscription is free.

There is a simple but complete kitchen for guests with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and kettle. Next to the kitchen is a large covered terrace directly on the garden with a lawn. A large terrace adjoins the swimming pool, also with a view of the woods and the sea.

The garden, terrace and pool are illuminated all night long.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The coast is 1.5 km away, with many restaurants and nightlife.

The heating is by means of a gas heater and an all-burner. The price includes one full butane bottle every 2 weeks (the bottle lasts an average of 2 weeks with evening use). A new bottle must be purchased yourself. Wood for the stove must be purchased by the guest. Sales outlets for good firewood are a 10-minute drive away. There is also an electric blanket for a nice warm bed. In February 2023, a new CO meter was installed that gives an alarm when carbon monoxide is formed.

The CHANGE DAY is variable and does not necessarily fall on Saturday.
