This recently completely renovated modern furnished villa is suitable for 6 people and is located in a pleasant residential area, it has several terraces, a veranda, a private swimming pool and a beautiful large garden with palm and fruit trees. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves, just a 5-minute drive away is the famous Golf course Club de Golf Ifach.
Layout Villa Florencia
Villa Florencia is suitable for six people and consists of 2 floors. You park on private, well-enclosed grounds with space for 1 car. You walk through the pool to the covered terrace where the front door is located.
There is a modern living room with sitting area, dining area and open kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, 4-burner induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room has air conditioning and pellet stove. There is a smart TV available (log in via your own streaming service on the TV).
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 toilets and a laundry room.
Spacious bedroom 1 with large 2-person box spring (180x210), fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 with double box spring (160x 200), fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Separate toilet and separate room for the washing machine and dryer.
Through the dining room you go up a staircase to the 1st floor. On this floor you will find the 3rd bedroom with 2-person box spring (160x200) and the 2nd ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
From the bedroom you will find the door to the spacious adjoining roof terrace.
Very nice: all windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Outside at Villa Florencia
The fully enclosed grounds offer privacy and are south-west facing. The owners have made sure that you can spend a lot of nice hours outdoors. The swimming pool is centrally located surrounded by 6 sunbeds, 3 umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. From the covered terrace with a large dining table you have a view of the pool. A wonderful place for hours of cozy dining. Next to the house is a large terrace with a seating area and the gas BBQ. At the pool you can walk a few steps to the rest of the slightly lower garden. Here are beautiful plants, palm and fruit trees.

Practical information
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 11 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Stay in the winter months
Villa Florencia is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The house is heated via air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room. In the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks in the period November 1 to March 31. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
