Villa Etro

Take off your shoes and relax. You have arrived! We wish you a warm welcome to Villa Etro, a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in Benissa Costa. The house is fully furnished with all the essential amenities expected of a home.

A fantastic Spanish renovated house. The perfect place for a family holiday or a dream holiday with friends. The house is divided into two floors, connected by an internal staircase.

After a long day exploring the Costa Blanca, come home to relax in the amazing characteristic designer backyard with BBQ grill and your private pool (10×5). You even have the option to have the pool heated (see conditions below).


On the top floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area of modern design with ample seating, a Smart TV and free WiFi (fiber optic) is a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday. For our culinary guests, the modern kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer and a breakfast bar.


Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with 1 double bed on the one hand and 2 single beds in the other bedroom, air conditioning for cooling and heating and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a rain shower, toilet and sink.


When you take the stairs down you enter the third bedroom. Both bedrooms on this floor, just like the upper floor, are comfortably furnished with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. This bathroom is also located in the hallway and is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and sink.


And then you will find a kitchen with plenty of space and built-in appliances where you can prepare the most delicious meals!


To top it all off, the villa has a washer/dryer, outdoor toilet, parking space and central heating throughout the house. In short, Villa Etro is a great choice for your next holiday on the Costa Blanca.

NB:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.
2: Your stay includes 400 kWh per week and in case of additional consumption, the kWh consumed is 0.35 per kWh.
3: To prevent fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 10. If you want to use this service, we will note the electricity meter reading when the swimming pool heating is switched on. Please note that you have included 400 kWh per week, any additional kWh is at an additional cost of €0.35 per kWh.
