Very spacious villa at 700m from the sea, very quietly located in a residential area in a cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the El peñon de Ifach in Calpe.
Plenty of parking space in front of the door, or under the carport.
There is a supermarket at 800m, several bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

The villa, exclusively at your disposal, is situated on 2 levels: entrance villa with living room with lounge, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, covered veranda and open terrace and a few steps down the private lit swimming pool, equipped summer kitchen, closed outdoor shower, large BBQ and 2 terraces

We are happy to give our guests all possible tips about restaurants, bars, flights, rental cars and everything you want to know to experience a carefree holiday.
