Villa Da Vince is a lovely villa in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with a beautifully landscaped garden.

This villa has recently been completely renovated and furnished with great care.

Description: ground floor cozy living room with air conditioning with adjoining open kitchen with, among other things. Bora hob with a conservatory as a dining room with ceiling fan.

Two 2-person bedrooms, 1 with air conditioning and 1 with ceiling fan.

A modern bathroom in Ibiza style.

Then there is a spiral staircase to the top where there is a complete apartment with a 2-person bedroom with air conditioning and balcony, followed by a sitting room with sofa bed... a balcony with sea view and modern bathroom.

Spacious sunny landscaped garden with large swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) and outdoor shower, beautiful pergola for plenty of shade.

A supermarket is 0.8 km away and only 4 km is the cozy Moraira!

As a cozy Brabant Burgundian, I know better than anyone what enjoyment is! Last year 2025, after a long search, we found our dream house and then completely renovated it.
Villa Da Vince is fully equipped and offers you the basis of a wonderful holiday in a beautiful environment in a quiet residential area with a view of the forest and a piece of sea view.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
