The villa has a private swimming pool with roman stairs and outdoor shower, which is situated on the south with plenty of privacy and no fewer than 6 (sun) terraces, 1 of which has a large 3 meter long dining table with 10 chairs and a fixed BBQ/outdoor kitchen. with expansive views of the sea, Altea, the mountain of Albir and the skyline of Benidorm. Furthermore, a terrace by the kitchen with a dining table with 4 chairs, a large terrace by the living room with comfortable lounge chairs and 3 more terraces around the pool where there are 10 sunbeds.

The house has a large and very bright living room with a large flat screen TV (with Netflix), WiFi and a sliding door to a large terrace with lounge chairs with fantastic views, a fully equipped modern open kitchen with breakfast bar with 2 stools, American fridge. /freezer combination with ice cube machine and water tap, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, extractor hood, washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen a door to side terrace with round dining table with 4 chairs.

On the living room level there is a (master) bedroom with a 2-person box-spring bed (can be separated) with wardrobe and a private luxury bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower and hand shower, washbasin and toilet. From the living room a wide staircase with 5 steps and a wrought iron gate to a landing with doors to: a separate toilet with sink, a second (parent) bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a large fitted wardrobe, third large bedroom with 3 single box-spring beds and large fixed cupboard and separate wardrobes and access to the 4th (children's) bedroom, which is equipped with 1 single box-spring bed and a bunk bed. Luxurious bathroom accessible from the landing with a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower and hand shower, washbasin and a toilet. There are also two camping beds with sheets and two high chairs.
