The main feature of Casa Arthuro is undoubtedly the tranquility and privacy that this house has to offer. A private swimming pool and spacious terraces to enjoy a holiday with friends or family within walking distance of the sea. Everyone has their own place.
The Costa Blanca is one of the few places on earth that offers a fantastic microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year! The coolest months are December, January and February, the warmest months are July and August. The temperature of the sea water varies from 15° C to 26° C.
The interior has a colourful style with local accents and striking Spanish details here and there.
- Casa Arthuro is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
- The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances.
- On the 1st floor is the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with sink, shower and toilet and one with sink, toilet and dryer). In addition, two covered terraces (called naya's here).
- From the spacious covered terrace (naya) there is access to the stairs to the roof terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful surroundings. Here it's romantic stargazing.
- In addition, our villa also has a third bedroom on the ground floor with space for 2-4 people (via private entrance). Here you will also find a pantry with refrigerator and a completely renovated bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet.
- All bedrooms are equipped with new box spring mattresses and equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot). The living room also has air conditioning and a wind-fan.
- All beds come with 100% cotton bedding, colourful bedspreads and pillows. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters for a nice undisturbed night's sleep.
Outdoor living
- At Casa Arthuro you can fully enjoy the outdoors: more than enough space on the terraces or around the pool and house to enjoy the sun and shade (cloth).
- At the pool there is a beautiful lounge set and there are sun loungers and parasols. In the summer there is a shade cloth to hang. After swimming, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower by the pool.
- There is a separate traditional Spanish dining area under the entrance stairs where you can also eat together. Due to extreme drought in the past period, BBQ with an open fire is currently not allowed.
- On the spacious naya (covered terrace) with sun in the afternoon is a long dining table. You will spend a lot of time here. The smaller naya is a lovely place to wake up in the morning sun with a cup of coffee. In the afternoon it is a nice shady spot.
- There is parking space for 2 to 3 cars on the private enclosed area.
Indoor living
- The living room is fully equipped. There is a smart TV (with Netflix), bluetooth speakers for playing your own music and fiber optic Wifi. For the little ones (or big ones) there is a DVD player with many Disney movies.
- There are also various books and magazines in the living room with all kinds of tips for exploring the surrounding area. Of course, card and board games are also available.
- There is also a nice overview of the many restaurants in the region (based on my own experiences). You will be surprised by the wide range of culinary locations, modern, hip or traditional, where everyone can enjoy themselves.
