Villa Benissa Blanca
We are happy with this cozy house, with sea view(!) in our offer. Just a 15-minute walk to the sea for swimming and snorkeling and in about 20 minutes you can walk to the bay of Caleta de l'Advocat with a nice terrace in the summer months to eat and drink. Villa Benissa Blanca is a typical Spanish villa located in a quiet area with all modern conveniences . It is a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and several terraces surrounding the villa.
Layout Villa Benissa Blanca
The villa has two floors. On the road you will find the carport, suitable for 1 car. Via a staircase you arrive at the lower and cozy living floor. Here you will find the small living room with sitting area with beautiful views and a dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric hob, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200), television with Dutch channels and again that beautiful view. You will also find a bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer on this floor. Outside there is a cozy terrace with lounge set, a wonderful place for your breakfast or cup of coffee.
The second spacious floor is located above the first floor and can be reached via a staircase. You enter the dining room with round dining area. Then there is a cozy living room with fireplace and fully equipped open kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3-burner gas hob, hand blender, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 3: a double bed (150 x 200). All rooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets. Second bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer.
Outside at Villa Benissa Blanca
From the living room you enter the lovely swimming pool with 4 sunbeds, outdoor shower, umbrellas, and two seating areas. The pool offers a lot of privacy and a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea.
Next to the villa, up a few steps, is a terrace with a large dining tablefor 6 people and a barbecue on coal. A wonderful place for hours of cozy dining.
The villa is detached, so you can walk all the way around the villa, the garden is beautifully landscaped, with beautiful flowers, palm trees and various terraces on different levels.
Distances
You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes. Please note that the way back will take longer due to the sloping road. Stone beach 1.2 km, sandy beach 1.7km (Playa la Fustera) shops (Calpe 5 km, Moraira 3.5 km), supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, Alicante airport 92 km, Valencia airport 127 km

Details
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 11 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.
- Due to the height differences, the house may be less suitable for young children. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Deposit
A security deposit of € 400 applies to your stay,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time e-mail with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. There is no reminder.
Stay in the winter months
Villa Benissa Blanca is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 84 per week and are included in the rental price. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
