Villa Aurora is a modern detached holiday home in Moraira. In this villa with private pool, located in a quiet residential area, you will experience plenty of privacy and tranquility. Inside Villa Aurora
This modern villa can accommodate eight people. The nice living room is furnished with sitting area, dining area, smart television with Dutch channels. From here you have breathtaking views through the wide windows and access to the balcony. You can walk straight into the kitchen which is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, blender, hand blender and coffee maker. Villa Aurora has four bedrooms. All have two single beds (90 x 200), en suite bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathroom 3 and 4 have a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. This villa has wifi and air conditioning .
The Outdoors of Villa Aurora
In the spacious garden of Villa Aurora you will spend hours in the sun. Dive into the spacious swimming pool in the middle of the garden and then relax on one of the 8 sunbeds. In the warm summer evenings you can enjoy an evening meal from the barbecue at the dining table. This villa also has a beautiful balcony with lounge set and table. Furthermore, this villa has an outdoor shower (hot/cold), parasol and awning/shade cloth. There are two covered private parking spaces.
Fancy a day at the beach? Cala Llobella beach is 1.1 km away where you have a beautiful view of the Ifach. The fine sandy beach of Moraira is 5.6 km away. From here you can walk straight into the old fishing village with all its nice terraces and bars.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

At the beginning of March 2024, the construction of a house next to Villa Aurora started. The largest work has already taken place and the owner expects construction activities inside in 2025. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Winter rental
Winter rental from November to March is not possible in this house.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
