The villa consists of two apartments. Together you share a beautiful tropical garden with palm trees, a beautiful swimming pool (8 x 4) plus a laundry room with washing machine

The upstairs apartment:

There is a large living room with TV and sofas plus a large kitchen diner.
In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a modern bathroom with shower plus two bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have a double bed and the second bedroom also has a double sofa bed so that a total of 6 people can sleep

The under apartment:

In the basement there is also a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom plus a bedroom with a double bed. 

The house is about 1.5 km from various small bays such as baladrar, llobela and la fustera where in addition to swimming there are also restaurants.
Benissa and Moraira are about 10 km away
Valencia 100 km and Alicante 80 km

There are many activities, sights and restaurants in the area

We love Spain and are very proud of our beautiful house. There is beautiful sea view and a beautiful swimming pool with a green tropical garden

We completely renovated the house between 2020 and 2024 and now it looks great. There are two ibiza kitchens with cooking island and the bathrooms are also modern and tasteful
