In the lower apartment there is also a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom plus a bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there are 2 folding beds so that a maximum of 4 people can sleep in the downstairs apartment.
The house is about 1.5 km from various small beaches such as Baladrar, Llobela and La Fustera where, in addition to great swimming, there are also restaurants.
