It’s almost like your own private resort with the luxury feel of a boutique hotel. A sprawling estate of over 13,000 sq mtrs, totally private and tucked away, but only a few minutes to amenities. The house can accommodate large groups but no matter what your group size is, it will always be for your exclusive use.
Surrounded by lush mature Mediterranean gardens, a tranquil space where nature truly comes to life. Each space has been meticulously crafted to prioritize your comfort and that of your guests. The outside spaces are vast, with plenty of areas to sit, chat, relax and enjoy.
Activities
On-site, guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities including a private tennis court complete with rackets and balls, a swimming pool (which can be heated during cooler months) with towels provided, table tennis, beach volleyball, pétanque, and a professional pool table.
For retreat hosts, there's a fully equipped gym, outdoor yoga deck and a serene indoor yoga shala featuring both heating and air conditioning, along with all essential props, mats, blocks, straps, cushions, and bolsters, to support every practice.
Interior
The main house spans three spacious levels and comfortably accommodates up to 26 guests. It features 10 well-appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning and central heating, and 10 bathrooms for added convenience (floor plan available).
Expansive sliding glass doors create a seamless flow between the terraces and the contemporary open-plan living areas. These include inviting lounges, a games room, and dining space all leading into a vast 60sq mtr kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for groups, featuring two large refrigerators, one freezer, two dishwashers, two ovens, a microwave, and a washing machine. Guests will also find an array of appliances and essentials including multiple tea and coffee-making facilities, pots, pans, rice cookers, a waffle maker, juicers, and ample crockery and cutlery.
Bedrooms
Each of the bedrooms is generously sized and thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring hot/cold air conditioning and central heating for year-round climate control. You'll find either fitted or standalone wardrobes with drawers, bedside lighting, and a full-length mirror in every room.
Our versatile bedding arrangements allow for super king-sized beds or twin setups, offering flexibility to suit individual preferences.

Outdoor Comfort & Poolside Luxury
Our expansive terraces are thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and connection. Cabana beds and sun loungers are arranged throughout the space, inviting you to unwind in style. Rustic grass umbrellas offer natural, dappled shade, while several covered lounge areas provide cool, comfortable retreats at any time of day.
At the heart of it all is our lagoon-style swimming pool, with its gently sloping entrance that’s perfect for all ages and swimming abilities.
