We, Gertjan and Anneleen, have been the proud owners of this wonderful villa on the mountain with sea views since January 2018.
The single-storey authentic Spanish villa is extremely private and quietly located in a green zone on a dead-end dirt road.
Since March 2022, Los Pinastros has had solar panels and a beautiful roof terrace!

The villa therefore offers a unique view of the sea and the rock of Calpe, the Ifach.
There are 3 bedrooms, including 2 with ceiling fans, air conditioning and new luxury box spring beds.

The villa Los Pinastros is located against a forest both at the front and at the back. 800 m from the coastal road!
In front, where there is a spacious private swimming pool, you have a beautiful view of the sea. Your own squirrel lives in your garden at the edge of the forest!!

The spacious covered veranda is authentically Spanish with the original special tiles!

The villa is located about one kilometer from a beautiful sandy beach and the long eco route along the coast, a supermarket with panaderia (bakery) and restaurants, as well as the butcher are within walking distance. The golf course is a 13-minute drive away. The villa is located on a small dead-end dirt road in a green zone JUST above the village on the mountain.

Los Pinastros has a living room with a recently furnished seating area, large-screen television, WiFi, 3 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, washing machine, Senseo, citrus juicer, toaster, sandwich maker, etc. .etc.

Through the door you step outside onto one of the two verandas, a large covered veranda and a small uncovered one. You can walk around the entire house, there are many wonderful seating areas both at the front and at the back. There is no stone wall around our house that is against the next house, everything is open and you will find forest both downstairs and behind. Both bathrooms were completely and luxuriously renovated in March 2020.

You will not need the wood stove that spreads wonderful warmth in the winter months in the summer months.

The house is located exactly between the lovely fishing village of Moraira and the fashionable seaside resort of Calpe, both of which are worth a visit. Moraira has a large Friday morning market.

For sports enthusiasts, there are 9 and 18 hole golf courses nearby. The nearest is the beautifully situated and beautifully maintained golf course of Ifach (approx. 8 km). 3 golf sets are at your disposal!!

The beautiful mountainous hinterland invites you to long walks and bike rides.

From the house there are several nice excursions and walking tours that you can find in our book where we have described the tours and routes. Fontilles, the old leper village, is definitely worth a visit, as is the restaurant Casa Suzi, located high in the mountains and where you have a wonderful view of the vineyards and the surrounding mountains from the terrace (reservation required). The high coastal walks from Moraira to Calpe are natural and a must and a wonderful start to any holiday.

The house is suitable for 6 people.

380 kWh of electricity is included per week. Any excess consumed will be charged to you at 0.35 per Kwh. The villa is also very suitable for wintering, special rates apply.
