This new house is built in the authentic Finca style. The luxurious furnishings, the spacious swimming pool, the comfortable sunbeds and parasols, the beautiful sunny terrace with permanent outdoor fireplace/barbecue and covered dining area give this Finca that typical, characteristic appearance. The garden (10,000 m2) is fenced, ideal for children and pets. The house is suitable for 2-10 people, with 5 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.
LAYOUT
Downstairs there is a very complete kitchen, living room with spacious lounge sofa, fireplace, spacious dining area and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs is also the master bedroom with air conditioning for 2 people. box-spring bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom, bath, toilet and urinal with separate shower. On the top floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and share a spacious bathroom with bath, toilet and separate shower. In 3 bedrooms there is a 2 pers. box-spring bed, in the 4th bedroom a bunk bed (90x200m).
COMFORT
A spacious kitchen adjacent to the terrace with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, large refrigerator, oven, microwave and various cookbooks. The living room has an i-pod speaker system, satellite TV, DVD player and plenty of books and games. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Bed linen and (bath) towels are sufficiently provided. There are cots, high chairs and a playpen for the little ones. There are large parasols around the pool with comfortable sunbeds with cushions. Also available are diving goggles, inflatable toys and other pool accessories.
LOCATION
The villa is located in a quiet, child-friendly rural area with lots of privacy, 5 minutes from the historic town of Benissa - and 15 minutes from the beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Altea. Within walking distance is the old-fashioned station where the train between Alicante and Denia still passes.
The village square of Benissa is located in the pleasant city center with nice terraces, shops, banks, post office, playground, various eateries and the weekly Spanish market. Alicante or Valencia airports are 1 hour away.
