Located in the quiet Carrio area of Calpe, Casa Bax offers a relaxing Mediterranean breakout, designed for comfort, space and sun. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this single-storey villa is ideal for families or friends looking to relax near the coast – just a 5-minute drive from the golden sandy beaches of Playa la Fustera and La Fossa, as well as restaurants and a supermarket. The charming old town of Calpe is just 10 minutes away by car.
Inside, you are welcomed into a bright and airy living room – the true heart of the house. A large, comfortable sofa invites you to relax, while a smart TV, two ceiling fans and air conditioning (hot/cold) ensure comfort all year round. The adjoining open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, Quooker tap with boiling and sparkling water, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster and juicer. A spacious dining table completes this cozy living space.
All four bedrooms are on one level and are each equipped with a double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe and air conditioning (hot/cold). Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and sink, while the other two share a modern bathroom in the hallway. In total, the villa offers three bathrooms and is therefore also practical and comfortable for larger groups.
In the outdoor area, a spacious, sunny terrace designed for real outdoor living awaits you. The private swimming pool with dimensions of 11 x 6 meters (heatable on request, see conditions below) is ideal for cooling off on hot days, while the lounge area invites you to long, relaxing afternoons. The covered outdoor kitchen is a particular highlight and is equipped with dining table, gas grill, fridge/freezer and sink – perfect for meals outside under the Spanish sky.
There is also an outdoor storage room for bicycles. With free Wi-Fi and ample on-site parking for up to 5 cars, Casa Bax combines comfort, convenience and an excellent location – everything you need for a carefree holiday in Calpe.
**Pool heating:**
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The cost is 25 € per day and starts on the day the pump is switched on.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this house;
2: To avoid the risk of fire, charging electric cars in the accommodation is prohibited!
3: The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding is not allowed.
4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap will be provided on arrival but must be replenished by yourself.
6: We strive to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that there may be occasional works or noise nuisance from the surrounding area; This is beyond our control.
