Then you are at the right place at our Casa Soñar !

The house :
The villa is detached with a large garden (900 m2), private pool and outdoor kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very important from June 2022 we have solar panels!

Bedrooms :
Bedroom 1 is located at the front of the villa and has patio doors and of course beautiful sea views. In the morning you can watch the sun rise over the sea from your bed. The room has a spacious double bed (can also be used as 2 single beds) and there are 2 large built-in wardrobes with a built-in safe.
Bedroom 2 is located at the rear of the house and has two single beds (can also be used as a double bed) and a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 is also located at the rear of the house and has a double bed (can also be used as 2 single beds) and an en-suite bathroom. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. All rooms have air conditioning (2019) and a new tiled floor since March 2020.

Bathrooms :
Renovated and modernized in March 2020.
Bathroom 1 is ensuite to bedroom 3 and consists of a sink, mirror, towel radiator, shower and a toilet.
Bathroom 2 consists of a sink, mirror, towel radiator, shower and a toilet.

kitchen :
This is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, large refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining area that overlooks the terrace.

Living room:

The living room has 2 sofas, one with chaise longue and a separate armchair. There is a smart television with chromecast, air conditioning and wifi. The living room was renovated and modernized in March 2020.

Terrace:

From the living room you come outside under the spacious covered terrace with lighting, dining table and lounge set.

Swimming pool :
The pool has a size of 8x4 meters and is kidney-shaped. It is easily accessible by a built-in staircase and there is lighting in it. It is surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds and a large lounge sofa.

Garden :
In the garden are several fruit trees, palm trees, oleanders and olive trees. Furthermore, the plot is completely fenced with lots of privacy. The villa is located on a very quiet street in an urbanization. The villa is accessed from the street via an automatic gate and there is a private driveway, walkway and garage.

Sea and beach :
The villa is within walking distance (500 meters) from the family beach 'La Fustera', where there are several nice beach bars and restaurants.

Facilities
:
A small supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, where fresh bread and delicious croissants are available every day. In this 'Algi Market' in La Fustera you can get almost everything, even Dutch products.
For major shopping there are several supermarkets in Calpe, such as Consum, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, etc., about 4 km from our house.

Activities
:
The area surrounding the casa is ideal for walking, cycling, golfing and of course swimming at one of the many different beaches and bays.

At Cala la Bassettes (1 km) it is possible to practice various water sports, such as supping, sailing, windsurfing and diving.
You can also enjoy horse riding, tennis, karting, golf and fishing in the area.

Extras :
There is a cot, high chair and many toys available.

Environment :
Calpe is originally an old fishing village, which has grown into a tourist place with high-rise buildings. It is characterized by the Peñon de Ifach and it is considered the symbol of the Costa Blanca.
Moraira is a 15-minute drive away and this is a more fashionable seaside resort with no high-rise buildings and no mass tourism.
Javea is a bay further north than Moraira and has a large sandy beach with plenty of entertainment for young and old.
Denia is a port city where you can take the boat to the Balearic Islands.
Valencia is definitely worth a day trip and especially the Centro Cultura Philipe should not be missed.
Altea is an old coastal town that is definitely worth a visit.
Benidorm is of course well known, with many high-rise buildings and busy beaches.
Alicante is a beautiful coastal city and a beautiful “Paseo” along the harbor.

The tourism of the Costa Blanca is concentrated along the coast. A little further inland you will come across the real Spain, where you will hardly encounter tourists and where you can find cheap restaurants. In the hinterland you will find beautiful mountain ranges and nature reserves. It is not without reason that this region has been declared the best and healthiest climate in Europe by the World Health Organization.

Welcome to our Casa. I am Steffie Ummels, married to Winand and we have 4 children together. Since January 2017, I and my husband are the happy owners of Casa Soñar. After an intensive 2-year search, we finally found our dream home in the sun. We bought this house mainly because of its unique location. It has a beautiful sea view and is within walking distance of the beach and the main amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants and beach bars.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When making a reservation we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total rent (= incl. Deposit of € 250, cleaning costs and linen) to be paid within 3 days.

The remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival.
