Welcome to our apartment in Jardines de Montemar – Benissa costa
Our apartment is located in the popular and quiet Jardines de Montemar in Benissa, a green and beautifully maintained complex near the coast on Benissa costa, between the charming village of Benissa and the lively coastal village of Moraira.
Here you can enjoy privacy, comfort and the real Costa Blanca feeling, far away from mass tourism but with everything within reach. Moraira has more than 300 sunny days a year and thanks to the mild subtropical climate it is a great place to stay all year round.
Our apartment is part of a small-scale complex with beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens and communal swimming pools, an oasis from where you can relax in peace. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools with sunbathing areas with parasols, including 1 children's pool.
In addition, there is a lovely heated indoor swimming pool, completely renovated in 2025, including hot tub and sauna. All these facilities can be used free of charge when renting the apartment.
The atmosphere is relaxed and well-kept, ideal for couples, families or those seeking tranquility who appreciate comfort and quality. The apartment consists of 2 floors and a large terrace facing south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. For the shade lovers, there is a large electric awning, which covers the entire terrace.
The apartment is on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The complex is equipped with 2 electric gates and camera surveillance and only offers access to residents and tenants. The apartment also has its own parking space within the walls of the complex.
The apartment is rented fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and including mandatory linen package consisting of: bed linen, large and small bath towel, guest towel, beach towel and kitchen linen.

Thanks to its convenient location, you can reach the most beautiful bays of Benissa Costa within a few minutes, such as Platja de l'ampolla, Playa de la Fustera, Cala Baladrar and Cala Advocat, and Moraira with its pleasant boulevard, restaurants and beach is also a short drive away. At the same time, you will stay in a quiet residential area, with lots of greenery and space, where you will wake up in the morning with sun and silence.
