Casa Paulanni is a cozy holiday home that is completely in the sun in winter and summer...

It is fully walled and accessed through a large gate on the street side.                      It features 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and is decorated in bohemian/ibiza style.      

All bedrooms have shutters so that they can be completely darkened.        All bedrooms have modern air conditioning. 

There are two bathrooms, 1 with walk-in shower and 1 with bathtub.                                                    Everything beautiful in microcement.                                    

The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the living room with lounge and dining table for 6 people. Not unimportant for the winter period, the house also has central heating!                         

There is also a washing machine and dryer.                                                             

An extra American refrigerator is available in the Naja.                                                                      You can use Wifi. In the living room there is a very latest 55" smart TV with streaming. In the master bedroom TV with chromecast.                                                            It is also nice to chill by the fireplace in winter.        

The spacious outdoor kitchen with covered terrace invites you to have breakfast here or to barbecue and enjoy a glass of delicious wine.                     

The pool is 4x8m.  It can be heated with a heat pump.                               

In the evening, the grounds and the swimming pool are beautifully lit.
