CASA OLIVA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Casa Oliva is a single-storey holiday home of Belgian owners, located in a quiet residential area of San Jaime near Moraira. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva has a lovely private swimming pool, lounge set, private terrace and barbecue so you don't even have to leave the villa to get a nice holiday feeling. 

LAYOUT CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is all on one level. The spacious living and dining room has many windows, which provide beautiful natural light. The Flemish owners have decorated the casa with taste. In the living room, a spacious sitting area has been created with a smart TV (TV-vlaanderen). You can also log in to your own streaming service.

From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace, which gives a wonderful feeling of freedom. In addition, in the living room there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa with cushions, enough space for everyone.

The kitchen is half open and is thus involved in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils. A hallway leads to the three bedrooms and separate toilet. These feel wonderfully spacious due to the white walls and the beautiful wooden, carved doors and therefore stand out even more. Bedroom 1 and 2 are both equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm.) bedroom 3 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm.). The bathroom of Casa Oliva offers a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine. This villa has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and Wifi.

OUTDOOR LIVING CASA OLIVA
Casa Olivia is located in a quiet residential area. The fully enclosed garden ensures that you can relax in the open air while maintaining privacy. Casa Oliva has a large private swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 to 2.5) with 6 sunbeds. In the garden you will find many local plants and trees, a covered terrace with dining table with wide views over the beautiful surroundings. In the distance you can see a mountain with characteristic houses. The garden faces south-west. The terrace continues to the side of the villa, here is a lovely lounge sofa, next to it you will find the fixed BBQ, a Weber BBQ, and another dining table. This is the perfect place to prepare a nice meal in the evening and relax together.

On the other side of the villa there is a lounge set, the outdoor shower and there is still enough space left for the sunbeds, for when you want to relax. The garden is very spacious and offers space for parking on site.

Beach 2.3 km (Cala Baladrar), beach: 2.5 km (Playa Moraira), supermarket 2.2 km (Pepe la Sal), restaurant 2.1 km (GastroBar 21), town/village centre 4 km (Moraira), Valencia airport 126 km (1 hour and 20 minutes drive), Alicante airport 94 km (1 hour and 6 min drive).

Practical information
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Surcharge arrival on Christmas Day or New Year's Day: € 50 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
– Pets allowed (on request, maximum 1), costs: € 35,- (to be paid in cash on arrival)

For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client will owe the following amounts due and payable immediately upon cancellation of the agreement:

a. In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before departure: the entire deposit; i.e. 30% of the basic travel sum 
b. In case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 29th day before departure: 60% of the basic travel sum 
c. In case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) before departure or later: the entire travel sum
