We are selective in who we allow into our home. We enjoy making our fantastic villa available to people who appreciate the luxury and comfort. Enjoyers of Benissa-Moraia and the Costa Blanca are very welcome.


Casa Ocho is a beautiful modern holiday home - villa with all amenities, located in a quiet street. If you walk down the street you will find yourself in the most beautiful coves of Benissa Costa: Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar; this is the spur to the coast of the beautiful town of Benissa, and is located near Moraira. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace to the pool with a lovely lounge sofa and sunbeds. Luxurious modern furnishings with box-spring beds and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The house with sea view is located 1 km from the sea, close to the beautiful picturesque bays of Moraira. If you like larger sandy beaches, these are a 10-minute drive away, you can then go to Moraira or Calpe. Large supermarkets are less than a 5-minute drive away.


The house has 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The house optimal for a group of 5 people possibly including children. There are two bathrooms with walk-in shower. Furthermore, the living room is nicely furnished and there is free fast fiber optic internet/wifi and Ziet-NL on which the Dutch television channels can be seen. For the colder days there is a pallet heater, infrared heating in the living room and master bathroom, the air conditioners can also cool as well as heat. There are also radiators that provide nice heat without noise. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.


The garden and terraces are wonderful to stay, large mature palm trees with a hammock in between. The swimming pool is literally in front of the door and you can also sit there to have breakfast in the sun. The garden is nicely decorated with all kinds of corners with seating areas where you can also chill or have dinner at the gas BBQ. There is a driveway for the cars. New is the beautiful covered outdoor kitchen where you can sit at the table and enjoy what the chef has prepared, of course with a delicious Spanish glass of wine. In addition, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool can be heated on request in the colder periods. A pet is sometimes allowed but always after consultation; Just ask the question in a message and we will answer quickly.


There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the villa. How about beautiful walks through the beautiful nature reserves? Or a bike ride through the area? And of course relax at one of the beautiful beaches in the area. Or working remotely with fiber optic internet; The possibilities are endless!

Returnees receive a discount if they book before December 31 for the new season.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Weekly price is shown, multi-week price on request, excl. VAT. the costs of final cleaning of 180 and bed and bath linen of 25 p.p.

The changeover days are flexible, but there is a preference for Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, please consult with the landlord in advance.

If you see a free period, but can't book, send a message via Micazu or call +(*CONTENT HIDDEN*) 643 for information.

Due to new legislation in Spain, the seasonal rental is now at least 11 days and as long as you want. The reason for this is that the Spanish government wants to reduce short-term or tourist rentals due to nuisance, especially in cities.
Come and enjoy 11 days or more in Casa Ocho,  a week is not enough anyway!

The deposit is 400 euros and will be refunded within 5 working days after departure.
Electricity consumption and any damage or loss will be deducted from this.

In consultation, a dog is allowed and an additional cleaning fee of 35 euros will be charged.

Then something we should not think about but is important: cancellation by the main tenant also counts as cancellation for the co-tenants. 
For cancellations:

Cancellation up to 90 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total price;
From day 60 to 89 before the date of arrival: 70% of the total price;
From day 30 to 59 before the date of arrival: 80% of the total price
From day 29 before the date of arrival: 90% of the total price.

For the latest and valid version of the cancellation policy, always check the general terms and conditions that are sent with the rental agreement.

Advice: always take out cancellation insurance immediately after booking your holiday!

The old fishing town of Moraira is one of the nicest places on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Moraira forms one municipality together with Teulada, which is located inland. Where Teulada is a fairly quiet village where mainly people live who live from the agricultural sector, the fishing village of Moraira is so lively. This village offers almost everything you need for a pleasant holiday, without being super touristy. The center of Moraira is situated around the fashionable marina and consists of about twenty streets that are mainly filled with restaurants, bars, shops, estate agents and residential complexes of up to 4 to 5 storeys high. Some of the streets are only accessible to pedestrians, which enhances the atmosphere of the center. Anyone walking through Moraira will feel that the atmosphere here is more relaxed than in larger towns in the area. For beach lovers there are four beaches, of which Platja de l'Ampolla is the main beach of Moraira. This sandy beach is a cozy family beach that is very suitable for younger children. Just outside the village along the coastal road to Calpe is the Pepe la Sal supermarket. This store has a range of approximately 22,000 products, of which a reasonable part is imported from England, Germany, but also the Netherlands. Atravea, the German holiday agency, which is part of the TUI Travel PLC, International Tourist Consortium, has chosen Moraira in 2020 as the best place to enjoy a holiday in Spain. The choice of Moraira was a big surprise even for the Germans, although all holidaymakers were responsible for that choice, because according to them Moraira now offered exactly the ideal combination of tranquility and quality. Administratively part of Teulada, this pearl on the Costa Blanca achieved an average of 4.61 points on the Atreveo blog. Moraira, still a small fishing village in the 1980s, has now grown into a fashionable seaside resort, not large but with all facilities and above all very quietly located at the foot of the Golden Cape, the Cap d'Or. The beach, the many restaurants and bars, the large harbour, the pedestrian promenade, the huge parking lot, the large weekly market, the marked nature walks, the possibilities for water sports... the combination of all this was the reason why Atrevea customers chose Moraira.
