NEW in the rental our beautiful renovated villa "Casa Morissa". Casa Morissa is located in the green residential area of San Jaime next to the Ifach golf course on the outskirts of Moraira (7 minutes).   Cala Baladrar and the Pepper la Sal are within walking distance. The villa is enclosed with greenery and gives a lot of privacy. Casa Morissa has four bedrooms for two people each and two spacious bathrooms. Outside is a spacious (heated) swimming pool that can be heated for an extra charge (in consultation). In the sunny garden there are various seating areas, sunbeds and umbrellas. Everything has been thought of inside. All rooms have air conditioning and the living room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable corner sofa and a large dining area. The villa has IP TV with Netflix and Dutch, German and many other channels. All bedrooms have new beds and have fitted wardrobes. The closed Naya is equipped with lovely relaxation sofas. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and bean coffee machine. In short: Casa Morissa has everything for a wonderful holiday

We are Edwin and Henriette Barneveld and live with our daughter in Enschede. In the more than thirty years that we have been married, we have seen a lot of the world and know what is needed for a nice holiday. Our favorite vacation spot is Moraira and the surrounding area. After thirty viewings looking for a villa, we at Casa Morissa immediately thought: this is it! The management of our villa is in the expert hands of Jaqueline Kuiper. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
