Casa Les Cigales

Our spacious holiday home in Benissa (Costa Blanca) consists of two floors and can accommodate families or groups of 2-10 people.

Short description:

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning & ceiling fans, bathroom, living room with TV and kitchen (including hob, microwave, airfryer).
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (2 with fan), 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine, spacious living room and dining room with sliding glass doors and access to the balcony.
Outside: Private swimming pool, covered seating area (10 pers.), 6 sunbeds, 4 bean bags and a lounge set. Around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long.

Location: 15 min. walk from Cala la Fustera beach with supermarket and gas station. Calpe (10 min. drive), Moraira (15 min.), Benissa village (15 min.). In the area you will find many beach bays, a beautiful walking route along the coast and routes popular with cyclists.

Detailed description:

Ground floor:
Here you will find two comfortable bedrooms, both with air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The small living room with TV and sofa connects to the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric hob, microwave and air fryer.

Upper floor:
Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two of which have ceiling fans). The master bedroom has its own bathroom. In addition, there is a bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3 (accessible from both rooms), and an additional toilet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer (incl. ice cubes) and a coffee capsule machine. The living room offers a cozy sitting area with TV and there is a spacious dining room with 8 chairs. Thanks to the sliding glass doors all around, you can open everything, bringing the outdoor feeling inside. From the dining room you can step onto the balcony for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening sun.

Outdoors
The outside area is a true paradise to relax. Take a dip in the private pool or relax under the canopy, which can accommodate 10 people. 6 sunbeds and 4 bean bags are available to enjoy the sun. On the raised lounge area is a comfortable set with sofa and chairs. Around the house, the sun is present all day long – perfect for sun lovers.

Location
The location of the house is ideal: just a 15-minute walk away is Cala la Fustera, a beautiful beach with international supermarket and a gas station. By car you can reach Calpe in 10 minutes, Moraira or Benissa town in 15 minutes. The area is known for the many idyllic bays along the coast, the beautiful walking route on the ecological path and the challenging cycling routes that are popular with cyclists.

In short: this house is the ideal base to enjoy everything the Costa Blanca has to offer – whether you like sunbathing, swimming, walking or cycling.
